QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

What you should know before engaging Imara.

The answers below distinguish the proposed business model from approved activities. A formal legal, commercial or technical determination requires the relevant qualified adviser and authorities.

FAQ

Common questions

Does Imara own the mining licences?

No. Under the proposed model Primary Mining Licences remain with their lawful holders. Any technical support arrangement requires the appropriate agreement, verification and regulatory permissions.

How does the proposed value sharing work?

For the reference projects, a minimum 30 percent PML holder entitlement and a 70 percent economic pool are proposed. The lawful allocation base, costs and distribution order require approval in the registered Technical Support Agreement.

How is mineral origin checked?

The intended workflow links every lot to a verified source, licence checks, sampling, independent assay, custody transfers and authorised sale documentation.

Can buyers purchase gold immediately?

Accounts may be registered and screened, but purchase and sale features remain unavailable until identity checks, trading permissions, available lots and approved settlement arrangements are confirmed.

Is the gold price live?

A reference price is displayed only when a licensed data provider is connected. Prices and discounts are indicative until an approved commercial quotation is issued.

What documents can suppliers share?

Approved suppliers will be able to submit mineral details, source documents, assays and other requested records through a private workspace. Sensitive records must not be sent through public forms.

How does community funding work?

The proposed community programme is funded solely from net distributable profit of the 70 percent economic pool, subject to an agreed rate and controls. It does not reduce the protected PML holder entitlement.

Can you provide shipping across East Africa?

Imara is developing business relationships and workflows for regional and international logistics. Actual availability, licences, insurance and delivery scope are confirmed case by case.

Do you use brokers?

No. Please communicate only through company channels that are independently verified. Any claim to represent Imara outside those channels is unauthorised.
